The ideal SENIOR. RUBY ON RAILS DEVELOPER will bring 5+ years of Ruby Developer experience, a desire to make a positive impact on a tight-knit team, and a bachelors in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. This is a HYBRID position that will require at least 2 days per week in office. Senior Ruby On Rails Developer Responsibilities Develop and maintain Ruby on Rails applications. Improve existing codebases while ensuring stability. Build responsive UI components with modern JavaScript frameworks. Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure code quality through testing. Provide mentorship and code reviews for junior developers. Collaborate on architectural decisions and technical standards. Integrate financial APIs with a focus on security and compliance. Senior Ruby On Rails Requirements 5+ years of Ruby on Rails experience. Experience in financial services, asset management platforms or fintech applications (required). Experience shipping and maintaining production applications. Strong front-end skills using React, Vue, or similar frameworks. Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline management.
