Collaborate with internal clients to design, prototype, and build modern user interfaces for new and existing service assurance systems. Software Development Leadership:
Drive the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable software solutions for service assurance, ensuring high standards of security and performance. Automation & AI Integration:
Create and implement automated solutions incorporating AI/ML to enhance proactive network monitoring and incident resolution. System Optimization:
Enhance fault detection, incident management, and predictive analytics capabilities within service assurance platforms. Technical Strategy:
Establish best practices for software engineering, ensuring code quality and system reliability. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with operations, business teams, and engineering to align software solutions with strategic business objectives. Data-Driven Enhancements:
Use big data analytics, telemetry, and monitoring tools to optimize network performance. Security & Compliance:
Ensure software solutions comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Mentorship & Leadership:
Provide guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Cloud Infrastructure:
Design and implement secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure. What We Look For in a Candidate Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 5 years in telecom or service assurance. Expertise in modern web UI design technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Proficiency in UI/UX design principles, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. Strong programming experience in Java and C++. Knowledge of cloud technologies, APIs, and microservices architecture, with expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred. Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell). Strong understanding of networking, security practices, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect are a plus. Experience with AI, ML, automation, and predictive analytics for network optimization. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Compensation The anticipated base salary range for this role varies based on location. Minimums and maximums may differ by state.
