Role Title: IIoT Full Stack / Ignition Developer We're hiring for a trailblazing Industrial IoT (IIoT) organization redefining modern manufacturing through an advanced edge engineering platform. Leveraging technologies such as Ignition , HiveMQ , TimescaleDB , Kubernetes , and GitHub Actions , our solutions empower real-time data insights and operational excellence across industrial environments. We are seeking a Senior IIoT Full Stack / Ignition Developer to join our innovative team. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Owner , you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing edge computing solutions that drive Industry 4.0 transformation. Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable applications on the Ignition SCADA platform. Create and optimize features using HiveMQ (MQTT), TimescaleDB, and edge data systems. Develop intuitive front-end interfaces using HTML , CSS , and Java for industrial dashboards. Implement robust backend services using Python and Java to support edge data processing and system integrations. Deploy and manage containerized applications with Kubernetes . Build and automate CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions . Integrate industrial protocols such as MQTT , OPC UA , and third-party APIs. Ensure system reliability, security, and high performance for time-series data operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical challenges in industrial settings. Required Qualifications 5+ years in software development. 3+ years working in IIoT, SCADA, or edge computing environments. Deep knowledge of Ignition (SCADA development, scripting). Expertise in HiveMQ , TimescaleDB , Python , and Java . Proficiency in HTML , CSS , and Java for UI/UX development. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and GitHub Actions . Strong understanding of MQTT , OPC UA , and/or Modbus . Strong analytical and debugging skills in industrial environments. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred Qualifications Experience with manufacturing systems or Industry 4.0 solutions. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS IoT , Azure IoT , or similar. Understanding of IIoT security best practices.
