Job Title: Senior Physical Design Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of physical design and implementation of GPUs and ASICs for desktop, laptop, workstation, and mobile markets.
- Participate in establishing physical design methodologies, flow automation, chip floorplanning, power/clock distribution, chip assembly, P&R, and timing closure as part of a team.
- Design for static timing analysis, power and noise analysis, and back-end verification.
Qualifications:
- BSEE or MSEE or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in large VLSI physical design implementation on 3nm, 4nm, and 5nm technology nodes.
- Proven track record of delivering designs to production.
- Experience with power, performance, and area optimization initiatives is a plus.
- Strong proficiency with CAD tools from Synopsys, Cadence, and Mentor Graphics, including ICC2, Innovus, Tempus, and others.
- Deep understanding of custom macro blocks like RAMs, CAMs, high-speed IO drivers, PLLs.
- Experience in timing closure, clock/power distribution, RC extraction, place/route, and tapeout solutions.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, Tcl, and Make is beneficial.
