Intuit Overview Intuit is seeking Tax Associates for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN, we would love to connect with you! Who You Are Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax software. Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation, committed to customer satisfaction and empowering clients. Excellent customer service skills, comfortable interacting via video and audio tools professionally and confidently. What You Need Related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds, and an active PTIN. Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria. Availability to work at least 20 hours/week across three or more days. What You Will Do Assist customers in completing their taxes using TurboTax, providing advice, full-service return preparation, and managing inquiries. Use sound judgment, document interactions, and adhere to company values. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly. Use government websites and professional resources to provide accurate answers in everyday language. Interact with customers via video communication software responsibly and reliably.
