Job Summary
Summit Technologies, Inc. is seeking a qualified UAP Interoperability and NGC2 Integration Analyst to provide expert analytical, operational, and integration support to the Command and Control Integration Directorate (C2ID) and Unified Action Partner Interoperability (UAP-I) division at the Mission Command Center of Excellence (MCCoE). This position plays a critical role in advancing multinational interoperability (MNI) and Next Generation Command and Control (NGC2) capabilities in support of the U.S. Army and its Allied and Partner forces. The analyst will contribute to research, analysis, policy recommendations, and the development and integration of DOTMLPF-P solutions that enhance global warfighter readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Support synchronization and integration of Multinational Interoperability (MNI) and DOTMLPF-P actions with UAP and NGC2 equities. Conduct engagements across Army echelons and coordinate with Joint, Interorganizational, and Multinational (JIM) partners to enable effective Mission Command System integration. Perform analytics to integrate and synchronize UAP interoperability and NGC2 functionalities across the Army enterprise. Provide subject matter expertise in evaluating and recommending changes to HQDA policy affecting access of vetted allied liaison personnel in U.S. command posts and facilities. Translate operational requirements into technical and functional requirements for both UAP and NGC2 communities of interest (COIs). Draft, update, and deliver point papers, information papers, position papers, and doctrinal publications on UAP interoperability and NGC2 topics. Conduct user engagements, collect observations, and assess Army-UAP interoperability and NGC2 performance during worldwide training events and exercises. Provide oversight and technical direction for C2ID, UAP-I program activities and capabilities development. Assist in developing and refining UAP interoperability and NGC2 requirements and propose policy updates to strengthen coalition integration.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience supporting Army Mission Command, Joint C2 systems, or multinational military operations. Understanding of DOTMLPF-P framework and its application in interoperability. Familiarity with the Mission Partner Environment (MPE) and Secret/Releasable networks. Strong background in military doctrine development and staff coordination at the Brigade level or higher. Proven ability to write and communicate effectively to senior military and civilian leadership. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Teams, and OneNote.
