Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Service Account Coordinator
to join our operations team in Sandy Springs, GA. This role is essential for ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments, coordinating service requests, managing schedules, and resolving issues promptly to maintain strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Coordinate service requests and monitor job progress from initiation to completion
Maintain accurate records of client communications, service updates, and documentation
Work closely with technicians, sales representatives, and administrative teams to meet client needs
Resolve service issues quickly and professionally
Ensure client satisfaction through consistent follow-up and support
Prepare service reports and account summaries as needed

Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service, account coordination, or related administrative roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
High attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
