What You Will Bring: Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or any Engineering field. Experience of an advanced level in relevant areas may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the Bachelor's Degree. Four years or more of directly relevant experience in business analysis/requirements management for a technical product or system. Detailed knowledge and experience with: Mobile Workforce and/or Enterprise Asset Management systems such as Oracle MWM/WAM, are required. Utility Oil and Gas industry experience is preferred. Extensive knowledge in principles of analysis and development of business requirements along with demonstrated abilities in problem identification, research for solutions, evaluation, and presentation of alternative deliverables. They must be proficient in mapping business processes to user and functional needs. Working knowledge of business processes, system development, process improvements, and change management. Experience with the software development life cycle and background in Project Management, and User Experience Design Business use of a Geographic Information System (GIS) such as ESRI ArcGIS
Must possess a valid driver's license and be qualified to operate a vehicle under the conditions of the Safe Driving Policy. Ability to pass background, past employment, credit, drug, and driving record screening.
Preferred skills and qualifications: Time management, analytical, project management, and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet strict deadlines. Good working knowledge of various technologies presently used by ENSTAR. Ability to learn new applications. Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as listening skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Must be able to provide effective change-management skills with regard to technology upgrades that will effect change to support ENSTAR's goals.
