Overview

We are seeking experienced ServiceNow Developers to support the design and implementation of a complex workflow service that enables customers to request critical backend services. This role is hands-on and collaborative, requiring deep technical expertise in ServiceNow’s latest platform capabilities (Xanadu) and a strong understanding of Agile/SAFe methodologies.

Responsibilities

  Design and implement end-to-end ServiceNow workflows for backend service requests.

  n

• n

  Development and configure:

  n
n
• n

  Playbooks (Hierarchical), Playbook Activities (Standard and Custom), Playbook Experience (Standard and Custom).

  n
n
• n

  Flows, Sub-flows, and Spokes.

  n
n
• n

  UI elements: Forms, Playbook Activity UI, Layouts.

  n
n
• n

  Workspaces and Experiences (Standard and Custom).

  n
n
• n

  Custom Tables, Service Catalogs, Portals, and ACLs.

  n
n
• n

  Utilize tools such as Workflow Studio, UI Builder, Playbook Experience Builder, and Flow Designer.

  n
n
• n

  Integrate workflows with supporting systems across multiple fulfillment teams.

  n
n
• n

  Migrate legacy processes into ServiceNow.

  n
n
• n

  Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain user stories in alignment with SAFe practices.

  n
n
• n

  Contribute to design sessions, provide technical insights, and peer-review code and configurations.

  n
n
• n

  Maintain documentation and support testing efforts.

  n
n

Qualifications

n
• n

  Proven experience with ServiceNow development in complex enterprise environments.

  n
n
• n

  Strong hands-on experience with the Xanadu platform release.

  n
n
• n

  Proficiency in building and customizing Playbooks, Flows, and Workspaces.

  n
n
• n

  Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems.

  n
n
• n

  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in Agile teams.

  n
n

Certifications (Required/Preferred):

n
• n

  Required: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

  n
n
• n

  Preferred: Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Certified Application Specialist (CAS), Certified Technical Architect (CTA).

  n
n

Education:

n
• n

  Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, systems, Business or related scientific/technical discipline and 15+ years’ work experience.

  n
n
• n

  Ten (10) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education (25 years total).

  n
n

Clearance:

n
• The ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation.
n

Pay Range:

n
• n

  The pay for this position ranges from $92,205 to $110,375.

  n
n
• n

  The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

  Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
