Location:
San Jose, CA (Onsite/Hybrid based on client requirement)
Duration:
Contract - 6+months contract and possibility for extension
Rate:
$45/hr - $50/hr on W2 All Inclusive Danta Technologies payroll OR $60/hr - $65/hr on C2C - Corporation to Corporation

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Senior ServiceNow Developer
with strong expertise in
Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
and
Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and customizing ServiceNow GRC/IRM applications, developing workflows, and integrating solutions that meet complex business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions including workflows, business rules, scripts, and integrations. Translate business requirements into robust and scalable technical solutions. Implement and maintain ServiceNow GRC modules: Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, Audit, and Vendor Risk Management. Collaborate with GRC stakeholders to define and refine processes within the platform. Customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide API, and front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, AngularJS). Ensure platform security and integrity through effective access controls (ACLs) and data policies. Support system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other web technologies. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of ServiceNow delivery.
Required Qualifications
Mandatory: ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification. Preferred: CIS-GRC (Certified Implementation Specialist GRC) certification. 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform development, including IRM and GRC module implementations. Strong hands-on scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide scripting, Flow Designer). Proven experience with GRC/IRM frameworks and functions. Ability to configure core ITSM modules such as Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Catalog. Experience in supporting and implementing system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams. Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts as required.
Nice To Have
Prior experience in cross-functional GRC roles or implementations. Exposure to CMS, custom portals, or ServiceNow Performance Analytics. Experience with AngularJS and HTML5 in the context of ServiceNow.
