ServiceNow Business Analyst

to be a key player in designing, optimizing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that support our core operational workflows and drive cross-functional efficiency. What Youll Do Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements for ServiceNow solutions Lead discovery sessions to define business needs, pain points, and improvement opportunities across departments (claims, underwriting, customer service, etc.) Collaborate with ServiceNow developers to design scalable, user-centric solutions that align with business goals Configure and support key ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITAM, SPM) Conduct impact assessments and gap analyses to support strategic initiatives and system upgrades Develop test plans, user stories, and training documentation; support UAT and go-live activities Monitor KPIs and service metrics, recommending optimizations and continuous improvements What Were Looking For 57 years

of experience as a Business Analyst with hands-on work in

ServiceNow

(including implementation and support) Deep understanding of

ITSM ,

workflow automation , and process design within ServiceNow Prior experience in

insurance ,

fintech , or other regulated industries seen as a plus! Strong ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements and functional workflows Excellent communication skills with examples managing business stakeholders Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies understanding agile delivery ServiceNow certifications are a bonus Consulting background is seen as a bonus Seniority level
