Location: Miramar, FL Project Overview: We are seeking an experienced
Program/Project Manager II
to lead a
new ServiceNow integration initiative . This role will focus on
HRSD module implementation , particularly handling
legacy data migration
into the new ServiceNow system. The position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with both
technical and business stakeholders , managing a single, high-impact project from kickoff. Key Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end project management for ServiceNow HRSD module implementation. Lead data migration efforts from legacy systems into ServiceNow. Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure smooth integration. Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource coordination. Maintain strong communication with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Leverage project management tools such as
Planview
(preferred). Ensure adherence to project governance and reporting standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3–5 years
of project management experience. Experience with
ServiceNow , especially HRSD module (highly preferred). Exposure to
SAP
and
HCM/HR
systems . Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills; executive presence is a must. PMP Certification (preferred). Experience in fast-paced, collaborative environments. Background in employee relations or HR projects is a plus. Top Must-Have Skills: Experience with
ServiceNow . Exposure to
SAP
and
HCM/HR
systems . Employee relation. Strong
communication and executive presence Proven ability to lead projects and work with
