Experience analyzing the customer requirements and develop a solution architecture that addresses the technical, management, maximizes automation, and provides operational reporting aspects of the proposal. Provide development support for ServiceNow projects and enhancements. Develop process workflows and automation strategies. Collaborate with the team in architecture design development and reviews. Lead the development of solution artifacts, such as road maps, optimization of operations, architecture and/or block diagrams with a view outside of User Story requirements. Based on your experiences and interests, we may ask you as a technology professional to support growth- related activities, including prototypes, and oral presentations. Team members are also expected to uphold and maintain appropriate certifications for their practice expertise. Bachelor's and 3 years of experience, Master's and 1 year of experience or 7+ in lieu of a degree 5+ years of experience as ServiceNow developer 3+ years of experience with technical discussions and reviews. Experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform and experience with commonly integrated third-party technologies Excellent understanding of system architecture, design principles, and impacts Experience supporting IT related data integrity (CMDB, HAM, SAM etc.) Excellent technical leadership skills and initiative to take on additional responsibilities. Excellent written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly Experience with the US Federal Government Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. 3+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across various platform applications, such as ITSM, ITOM (HAM and SAM), ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, HR 3+ years of Industry experience (e.g. Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.) 2+ years of technical leadership experience driving change/solutions. Experience with Web development, including technologies such as X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, Angular and JavaScript, PHP, .NET, or Java Experience with implementing Java scripting to support automation across the various modules in ServiceNow Experience with REST and SOAP web service protocols Experience with Business Rules, Workflow, Identification Rules, Workspaces and External Portals Knowledge of SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP Specialized ServiceNow Developer Certifications, including ITSM, HAM, SAM, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, TRM/APM or HR Project Management or Agile certification ITILv4 Foundations Certification Ability to work in a high growth, fast paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
