Trillium is Now Hiring Press Brake Operators for the 1st and 2nd shift in Mentor! We are currently hiring 1st and 2nd shift press brake operators, both shifts will work Monday through Friday. 1st shift is 6:00am to 2:30pm, and 2nd shift is 2:00pm to 10:30pm. The starting pay rate will be up to $22.00 per hour, depending on experience. Job Duties: -Set up, operate, or tend machines to saw, cut, shear, slit, punch, crimp, notch, bend, or straighten metal or plastic material Set up, operate, or tend machines to saw, cut, shear, slit, punch, crimp, notch, bend, or straighten metal or plastic material -Examine completed work pieces for defects, such as chipped edges or marred surfaces and sort defective pieces according to types of flaws -Measure completed work pieces to verify conformance to specifications, using micrometers, gauges, calipers, templates, or rulers -Set stops on machine beds, change dies, and adjust components, such as rams or power presses, when making multiple or successive passes -Start machines, monitor their operations, and record operational data -Set up, operate, or tend machines to saw, cut, shear, slit, punch, crimp, notch, bend, or straighten metal or plastic material -Other duties as assigned Apply now! Qualifications include: -Must have two years or more previous experience using a press brake machine: Amada, Cincinatti, Trumpf, Accupress, etc -Possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in set up, operating, or tending machines to saw, cut, shear, slit, punch, crimp, notch, bend, or straighten metal or plastic materials Trillium has been recruiting and placing professionals for over 30 years.
