Join Our Team as a Sign Installer at Converge Signs!
Converge Signs is on the hunt for a skilled and reliable Sign Installer to become part of our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing a variety of interior and exterior signage. We're looking for someone who's mechanically savvy, pays close attention to detail, and puts safety first. Prior experience in the sign industry is a big plus, but what matters most is a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities
•Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively to install a wide range of interior and exterior signage, including, but not limited to, channel letters, post and panel signs, pole signs, monument signs, vinyl graphics, and more! •Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenges in the field. •Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring quality workmanship and efficient project execution. •Professional and customer-focused, with the ability to communicate effectively on job sites and represent Converge in a positive, respectful manner.
Qualifications
•Valid driver's license. •Experience installing both interior and exterior signage. •Familiarity with low-voltage electrical systems. •Skilled in using hand tools and power equipment. •Strong awareness of safety practices and protocols. •Must be comfortable with heights. Bucket truck experience is a plus.
