We lead with humility, act with integrity, and build with wisdom—developing our people, serving clients, and strengthening communities. We’re hiring a Civil Project Manager to lead sitework construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This high-impact role connects field and office, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and with excellence. Responsibilities Serve as the central point of communication across teams Proactively plan materials and track project schedules Manage costs and budgets; ensure timely execution Lead multiple projects ($4M–$6M scope), typically 4–5 at once Build relationships with clients, vendors, and subs Support field teams through regular site visits Model excellence, safety, and integrity Qualifications 5+ years in construction PM, ideally civil/sitework Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required Who Thrives Here Clear communicator and strong relationship builder Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented Field-savvy leader with humility and hunger to grow Seniority level
