Overview
Insight Global is currently looking for experienced Detail Piping Designers to join a large shipbuilding client supporting the U. S Navy. As a Senior Ship Piping Designer, you will be responsible for creating detailed piping diagrams and designs using AutoCAD in 3D and 2D. Additionally, you will play a key role in ensuring that piping systems meet NAVSEA compliance standards in Navis, ShipConstructor, and AutoCAD.
The ideal candidate will have a background in maritime shipbuilding and a strong track record of designing piping systems for Navy contracts. If you have experience with ShipConstructor or Navis software, are proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Excel, hold an Associate degree in an Engineering concentration, and have at least 10 years of piping design experience in the maritime industry, we encourage you to apply.
