Compensation:
$30/hour | 15–20 hours/week | Approx. $2,000/month About the Role: Loop Neighborhood is looking for a creative powerhouse who can bring our brand to life across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. You’ll be producing short-form videos, snapping killer photos, and riding shotgun on creative campaigns that fuel our retail vibe. Think of it as storytelling with gas station snacks, good vibes, and viral potential. What You’ll Do: Social Media: Support the development and implementation of innovative strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Content Creation and Posting: Conceptualize, schedule and publish daily posts for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Assist with the management of external agencies and oversee content creators to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content in alignment with the monthly content calendar and current campaigns. Support all aspects of content creation, including photography, videography, video editing, copywriting and graphic design. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends and oversee the production, editing, and posting of Instagram and TikTok content. Research competitor activity and platform best practices to inform strategies. Brand Standards: Help to maintain The NOW's brand voice, tone, and aesthetic across all social platforms to ensure a cohesive and compelling brand experience. Performance Tracking: Help to monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing monthly insights for optimization. Collaborate with the marketing, PR, creative, and operations teams to align social media initiatives with broader business objectives and campaigns. Shoot & Edit : Create 6 polished videos weekly (2 for Loop, 2 for Crunchy Munchy, 2 for Hello Tasty) using your own gear and Final Cut Pro or equivalent. Get Social : Capture engaging photos, create Canva graphics, and write on-brand captions. Hit the Road : Travel 2 days/week to Loop locations to film. Expect 3–4 hours per shoot. Think Big : Attend creative meetings, pitch content ideas, and collaborate with influencers. Track Results : Provide bi-weekly analytics reports on content performance. What We’re Looking For: 2+ years 0f proven experience with content creation (portfolio required). Experienced in project management in a fast-paced environment, ability to prioritize multiple projects at once. Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics. Be available for Grand Openings and special events that can occur after work hours and weekends. Strong video/photo editing chops (Premiere, CapCut, Canva, etc.). Savvy with trends on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Shorts. Access to professional camera equipment. Local to Bay Area with reliable transportation. Must be able to deliver fully edited content within 3–4 days after filming. How to Apply: Seniority level
