Standard Mon - Fri Work Week
Responsibilities:
Work as a team to accomplish company goals Provide engineering support for access control, CCTV, intrusion, fire, intercom, and other low voltage systems Specify, design, validate, troubleshoot, support various security systems Provide phone and onsite support for customers and technicians
Qualifications:
Ideally a successful candidate will have some certifications and/or experience with the following manufacturers we represent:
Access Control -- Software House, Identiv/Hirsch, Brivo, RS2 etc. Video Surveillance -- Milestone, Genetec, Exacq, Axis, Avigilon, etc. Intrusion -- DMP, Bosch, Ademco, etc. Fire -- Bosch, Fire Lite, Silent Knight Intercom -- Aiphone, Talkaphone, CodeBlue, etc.
Qualified Candidates Will Possess:
Excellent customer service experience Self starter with an aptitude for learning and overcoming technical challenges Minimum 5+ years of physical security engineering experience Bluebeam and CAD experience Possess a valid driver's license with clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent Pass drug screening & background checks - no felonies
