Role Description
Snowflake is expanding its partner Go-To-Market Initiatives. We seek a self-driven professional to grow partnerships, develop capabilities, and deliver solutions supporting business growth. Excellent communication skills in English are essential.
The role requires deep technical expertise to align with key programs, educate partners on Snowflake’s features, and engage with both technical and executive audiences through presentations, demos, and whiteboarding. Collaboration with cloud partners and data-native app providers is also key.
Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars to enhance partner proficiency in Snowflake.
- Assist Solution Providers and Practice Leads with technical strategies for selling on Snowflake.
- Update partners on Snowflake’s product developments and roadmaps.
- Lead technical enablement programs and solution design workshops.
- Share customer success stories and case studies to demonstrate Snowflake’s value.
- Understand partner revenue models and industry challenges to maximize product impact.
- Engage in high-level technical discussions and presentations.
- Contribute to reference architectures, blueprints, and best practices.
- Develop solutions using Python, Snowpark, Docker, and other open-source tools, including deploying ML models and building Gen AI applications.
Qualifications
- Deep technical and architectural expertise with Snowflake and related technologies.
- Strong experience with databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, NoSQL) and data warehouses (Azure Synapse, Redshift, BigQuery).
- 10+ years of relevant experience in data engineering, big data, and cloud technologies.
- Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, APIs, and CI/CD practices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure and AWS.
- Experience with Big Data and cloud integration tools (Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, Lambda).
- Knowledge of ML development, Generative AI, and deploying ML models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Additional Information

Compensation ranges from $173,700 to $228,300, plus bonus and equity. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, parental leave, and more.
