As a vital member of our cybersecurity team, you will employ your skills to safeguard our organization’s critical assets and sensitive information. Your expertise will be key in designing robust security measures and responding to emerging threats.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive security frameworks and solutions tailored to protect our infrastructure and data.
Conduct in-depth vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure organizational compliance.
Continuously monitor security systems and respond to incidents with urgency and expertise.
Keep abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats and industry trends to strengthen our defenses.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to embed security into all business areas.
Provide informative technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in network or cybersecurity engineering.
A solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as NIST and ISO 27001.
Proficiency in various aspects of security including network, system, application, and data security.
Hands-on experience with security tools and technologies (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection systems, encryption, SIEM).
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills that foster teamwork.
A proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications: Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CEH.
Experience with cloud security platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a plus.
