Responsibilities: Designing and implementing quality evaluation frameworks for LLM-based systems Creating innovative prompt engineering solutions to improve accuracy and reliability Conducting experiments to continuously improve our metrics and system performance Building robust systems that can handle the unpredictability of natural language Collaborating with infrastructure teams to productionize improvements Investigating customer-reported issues and turning them into product enhancements Developing frameworks that balance powerful AI capabilities with appropriate guardrails Qualifications: Required: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or a related field. 2+ years of experience as a software engineer. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Go. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Proficiency with writing SQL. Preferred: Experience working with semantic layers, prior experience as a data scientist/data analyst, and with BI tools, are a plus.
