This role is key to building and maintaining robust data systems that power business insights and operations. Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain data pipelines across on-prem and cloud environments Integrate data via APIs (JSON), supporting reporting, analytics, and operational systems Support job cost tracking, scheduling, and field operations in a construction context Ensure data quality, accessibility, and interoperability across systems Collaborate closely with IT and field teams to improve data architecture Qualifications: Required: 2+ years in a data engineering role Experience with APIs and data in JSON format Experience with both cloud and on-prem systems (non-negotiable) Excellent communication; team-oriented with a humble, driven mindset Preferred: Industrial or construction industry experience Background or degree in civil engineering Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Civil Engineering preferred (not required with relevant experience) Relevant SQL or data certifications a plus Company: Addison Group specializes in filling companys contract, contract-to-hire, or direct hire positions with professional candidates.
