Overview
We provide comprehensive observability for LLM applications alongside our lightweight, Rust-based AI Gateway that enables intelligent routing across 100+ language models. Hundreds of AI teams trust us to build, monitor, and optimize their AI workflows at scale. Over the past six months, we've doubled our revenue and are assembling a world-class DevRel team to distribute the future of AI tooling. We're a small, driven team in San Francisco focused on autonomy, speed, and results through collaboration rather than bureaucracy. The Role: Developer Advocate
You'll be a founding member of our Developer Relations team, working directly with Cole (Co-founder & Head of Growth) and Juliette (DevRel Engineer) to drive adoption of both our observability platform and AI Gateway. Technical Content & Education: Create compelling technical content (blog posts, tutorials, video content) showcasing AI observability best practices and Gateway implementation patterns Own SEO strategy and content marketing to increase developer discovery Develop integration guides, code examples, and sample applications Improve docs and onboarding based on community feedback Community & Developer Experience: Build and nurture our developer community through Discord, forums, and social channels Gather feedback from engineers and translate it into actionable product roadmap input Host meetups, workshops, and speak at conferences Provide technical support to developers implementing our platform Growth & Adoption: Run experiments across growth channels and launch creative campaigns Partner with AI teams, YC founders, and developer communities Collaborate with our design team on developer-facing materials This role offers the opportunity to define our developer relations function, mentor future team members, and grow alongside a rapidly expanding company in the AI infrastructure space. We Want Someone Who
Has Technical Ability:

Nice to have (not required): Experience building LLM applications or working with AI observability tools Background in early-stage startups or high-growth developer tools Track record of creating viral technical content or leading successful developer campaigns Why You'll Love It Here
Your ideas matter:
No "this is how we've always done it" energy Autonomy:
Lead projects with support rather than oversight World-class team:
We're building an absolutely exceptional DevRel team - brilliant engineers and marketers passionate about developer experience Radical transparency:
We share metrics, mistakes, and hard questions openly Team:
SF-based collaboration 4-5 days/week with people who care deeply but don't take themselves too seriously Fun:
Offsites (Redwoods hikes, bowling, tech museums), weekly team lunches, and zero pointless meetings
