Job Description Salary : $80,000 - $95,000 About the Role Topia is a leader in providing technology solutions to manage employee movement and work location flexibility effectively, at scale, and with a focus on compliance. Our secure, cloud-based platform supports businesses before, during, and after their employees move or travel, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time. We are seeking an Implementation Consultant to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As an Implementation Consultant, you will manage software deployments, ensure timely delivery, and maintain customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include validating solutions, resolving issues, guiding clients through go-live, and coordinating with internal teams for seamless transitions. Responsibilities include : Document project progress according to project management best practices (meeting minutes, project plan updates, weekly status reports) Validate technical solutions via customer workshops Develop and manage implementation project plans Deliver successful technical solutions to customers Manage solution gaps and customer expectations Gather and assess customer requirements versus technology capabilities Resolve technical issues related to implementation Facilitate user acceptance testing, training, and customer go-live Transition customers to Customer Success and Technical Support teams post go-live Manage multiple software deployment projects simultaneously Coordinate internal and external resources, technical and non-technical Understand customer needs and advise on leveraging Topia technology and services Set clear customer expectations and manage project scope Complete projects on time and within budget, ensuring customer satisfaction Contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices and documentation Support the Implementation team with additional tasks as needed About You 2-4 years of relevant experience in customer onboarding, consulting, support, sales engineering, or technical problem-solving Knowledge or experience related to Talent Mobility or Global Compensation Management Experience leading software implementations Experience in client services within a B2B/SaaS environment Strong communication and customer relations skills, with client empathy and de-escalation abilities Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts related to software configuration and platform integration Effective project management skills Attention to detail and ownership of work Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience About Topia At Topia, we aim to transform the future by expanding horizons.
