Roles and responsibilities for this position: Results-driven software tester responsible for: Interacting with product owners and stakeholders to understand product requirements Reviewing design and requirements documents to prepare test scenarios Conducting tests, analyzing results, and preparing reports Participating in design and requirements reviews, providing input, and identifying potential problems Qualifications Skills and Experience: 5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhD Knowledge of software testing methodologies and test design Familiarity with modern test frameworks and techniques for full-stack applications Excellent communication and critical thinking skills Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI US Citizenship Additional Desired Skills: Programming experience in Python and C/C++ Experience with cross-platform, software, firmware, and hardware testing Knowledge of DevOps frameworks and Agile methodologies Peraton Overview Peraton is a national security company supporting missions worldwide.
