What You Will Do
As a Drafter / Designer, you'll play a key role in supporting product development and sustaining engineering efforts. Your responsibilities will include:
Creating and updating 3D models, assemblies, and 2D drawings using SolidWorks
Applying GD&T and manufacturing tolerances to ensure production ready documentation
Maintaining and revising Bills of Materials (BOMs) and item planners
Supporting engineering change processes and product development efforts
Collaborating with engineers, manufacturing, and purchasing to resolve design-related issues
Assist in the creation of technical illustrations and instruction sheets
What We Are Looking For
Associate's degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or related field-or equivalent experience
1 year of drafting experience using SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar CAD software
Proficiency in 3D modeling, assemblies, and 2D drawing creation
Working knowledge of GD&T and dimensioning for manufacturing
Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and engineering documentation workflows
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and mechanical aptitude
Clear communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
