is a global development program designed for early-career talent. Who You’ll Become
A Solution Advisor works closely with customers and prospects to identify and solve business challenges using SAP solutions. As part of the sales team, the Solution Advisor is the subject matter expert responsible for functional and technical knowledge during the sales cycle. Responsibilities include participating in discovery sessions, executive meetings, delivering software demonstrations, supporting marketing events, and collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities. What You’ll Do
Complete a 10-month program that builds a foundation for a customer-facing career at SAP. Engage in experiential learning with colleagues worldwide, acquiring a variety of business, industry, and SAP solution skills while working with emerging technologies. Receive on-the-job training under mentorship, gaining real-world experience to guide customers through their Digital Transformation journey. Post-program, you will lead discovery sessions, deliver impactful software demonstrations, support demand generation, and assist in deal execution. Solution Areas Focus
SAP Finance & Spend Management (F&S): Knowledge in accounting, procurement, supplier management. SAP SuccessFactors (HCM): Knowledge in HR, payroll, talent management, HR analytics. SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM): Knowledge in supply chain, manufacturing, logistics. SAP Customer Experience (CX): Knowledge of e-commerce, sales, customer service, marketing. What You Bring
2-3 years of professional experience with a strong foundation in technical and business processes. Technical and business process knowledge, problem-solving skills, and customer-facing experience. Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and apply knowledge effectively. Understanding of AI fundamentals, uses, and ethics. Resilient mindset, strong business acumen, and proficiency in English. The program spans three years, fostering accountability, productivity, and leadership. It offers opportunities to build a global network, collaborate on real business challenges, and gain hands-on experience with cloud solutions, all while learning and earning competitive pay and benefits.
