The Alexa+ team is on the lookout for a skilled Solutions Architect to assist third-party developers in integrating their innovative products and services with Alexa+. Powered by cutting-edge generative AI, Alexa+ serves as an intelligent personal assistant that is more capable, conversational, and available across various devices including screened and non-screened platforms, FireTV, and Alexa.com. Key Responsibilities: Technical Innovation:
Architect and prototype generative AI applications utilizing the capabilities of Alexa+. Enhance conversational intelligence through the design and optimization of large language model (LLM) prompts. Partner Enablement:
Lead technical discussions with developers and strategic partners to increase Alexa+ adoption. Deliver impactful demonstrations that illustrate the potential of Alexa+ technologies. Strategic Leadership:
Provide insights on integration patterns and reference architectures for Alexa+. Collaborate with business development teams to identify emerging partnership opportunities. A Day in the Life:
As a Solutions Architect for Alexa+, you'll engage in in-depth technical conversations aimed at designing solutions and troubleshooting challenges while coordinating key feature implementations. You'll represent the developer perspective to our product and engineering teams, influencing product roadmaps with data-driven analysis. About the Team:
Our mission is to create delightful and meaningful third-party experiences powered by Alexa+ while enhancing business value for both Amazon and our partners. We are a diverse group of technology professionals bridging business development, product, and engineering teams. Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in application and infrastructure design or implementation. Proficient in 4+ years involving technology domains (e.g., software development, cloud computing). Familiarity with technical sales or consulting, expertise in prompt engineering, and experience with two or more programming languages including Python or Java. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in software development or internet industries, exposure to AWS technologies, and a background in voice technology and conversational AI. Location:
