Travel will be 1-3 times a quarter up to Boston. Prefer east coast candidates. Spanish fluency is required Job Description: Collaborate with clients, business analysts, and development teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Design and develop end-to-end architecture for complex software systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to meet project requirements. Create architectural blueprints, diagrams, and documentation to communicate the solution design to stakeholders. Assist development teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Conduct regular code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure adherence to architectural standards. Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, providing recommendations for continuous improvement. Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred). Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, with a strong background in software development. Deep knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
