You facilitate classes using adult learning principles, including a variety of learning methods and activities, to clearly convey information and concepts to individuals or groups, while using an engaging style of teaching that fosters understanding and retention. The Financial Solutions L & D Specialist I provides appropriate practice that allows for application of knowledge and development of skills to the job as well as balanced feedback, allowing learners to self-assess first. In addition, the Financial Solutions Learning & Development Specialist I provides additional coaching and on-the-job training, when needed, to turn the skills taught in the training session into permanent behaviors in the field. You will utilize the Learning Management System (LMS) to enroll participants, manage classes and run reports. You will reproduce training materials and obtain supplies, as needed. You may perform ad hoc training sessions as determined by management. In order to keep skills current and to maintain an awareness of current branch operations a Financial Solutions L & D Specialist I periodically functions as a senior Financial Solutions Center employee. In addition to performing the role of a Financial Solutions Specialist III during branch assignments, you will work to ensure the branch is in compliance with current risk standards and meets operational performance standards.
