The program security officer will perform as a Special Access Program (SAP) Security Representative in coordination with the Sponsor. Core responsibilities of the position include: Provide security advice and support program personnel and industry partners on personnel security, such as required paperwork for personnel security clearances; appropriate clearance levels; tracking/checking status; ensuring paperwork is complete prior to submission; and ensuring the personnel security database of record is accurate and current. Perform data entry to the Joint Access Database Environment (JADE) and maintain all customer sponsored and quota information. Execute Special Access Program Nomination Process (SAPNP) Questionnaires. Conduct Scattered Castles and SAPNP reviews of candidates being submitted for SAP access. Fulfill all necessary specialized training as coordinated with sponsor. Required experience: 2-5 years' experience performing PSO or security administrative functions working with Special Access Programs (SAP). Active Joint Access Database Environment (JADE) profile and account Working knowledge of the NISPOM, DCIDS, ICDs, and Executive Orders, to ensure security compliance. Experience supporting compartmented programs. US government issued TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required at time of application. Amentum is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
