Do you enjoy a fast-paced warehouse environment? Are you looking for a career not just another job? Our client in Cartersville is seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join their team! These are temp-to-hire positions that have the opportunity to be hired on full-time (with benefits!). Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate various advanced packing machines to meet inbound/outbound schedules. Load and unload materials as part of a team. Follow inventory-control instructions for stacking and storage. Move palletized or crated materials throughout the facility. Pick, pack, check, and load/unload products from storage areas and trailers. Maintain compliance with all safety policies and procedures. Perform regular maintenance checks and safety inspections on equipment. Identify and report safety hazards and quality/production issues to management. Accurately complete all necessary forms and documentation. Suggest improvements to systems and processes. Ensure high-quality standards and meet production performance goals. Keep detailed and accurate production records. Cross-train in multiple job functions and assist in other duties as needed. Job Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of sit down forklift experience Quad forklift a plus Experience with RF scanners preferred. OSHA forklift certification or equivalent operating experience preferred. Multiple shifts available! Pay rate $18+/hr If you have relevant experience and an eagerness to work and excel, apply today.
