Enterprise Engineering Services, LLC (EES) of Marlton, NJ is looking to hire a full-time Air Traffic Control/Traffic Management Liaison to support FAA efforts in Reston / Herndon, VA. EES is seeking an Air Traffic Control/Traffic Management Liaison at the SME level to support FAA modernization efforts. This role provides critical engagement from Air Traffic Control Specialists (ATCS) throughout the development lifecycle, including requirements development, early testing, risk identification, and safety reviews. The liaison will serve as a key stakeholder and teammate across automation, radar, and radio development workstreams. Qualifications: Education: BS/BA Experience: 12+ years Extensive experience as an Air Traffic Control Specialist (ATCS) Deep understanding of FAA operational environments and safety protocols Ability to contribute to requirements development and risk mitigation Experience supporting automation, radar, and radio systems development Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required Roles and Responsibilities: Serve as a primary ATCS stakeholder across FAA BNATCS workstreams Participate in requirements development, testing, and safety reviews Provide operational insight and feedback throughout system development Collaborate with engineering and program teams to ensure user needs are met Support schedule development, resource allocation, and risk identification Ensure ATCS perspectives are integrated into all phases of modernization About Enterprise Engineering Services, LLC (EES): Founded in 2006, we are a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and minority-owned Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB).
