ABOUT THE ROLE
Sr Credit Representative will assist in managing credit and collection activities including timely and accurate billing, collections, cash applications and dispute resolution. Position will utilize SAP S4/HANA accounting software, Advantage and other programs/customer portals.
Key Accountabilities include:
• Handling credit and collections for separate entities (US and Canada) and customers • Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers • Researching customer discrepancies and past due amounts in a timely manner and working with customer(s) to resolve • Identifying delinquent accounts by regularly reviewing A/R aging and customer account balances • Adhering to company and departmental policy and procedures • Utilizing S4/Hana, customer portals and other applications to properly match customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivables • Performing other A/R related duties such as customer account reconciliations, month end activities, customer research, etc.

Position Location:
This role can be done in a hybrid environment in Cary, NC (2 times a week in office).

Salary:
$48,640 - $53,000 dependent on skills and experience
