This is an exciting opportunity to lead a mission-critical marketplace implementation using the Mirakl platform , driving the future of digital commerce for a national brand. This full-time, direct-hire role offers a hybrid work environment in Plano, TX (remote flexibility available for the right candidate) and is available immediately ! What You Will Be Doing Serve as the Product Owner for the Mirakl-based marketplace initiative, managing the product vision, roadmap, and delivery from end to end. Define and prioritize features, epics, and user stories that align with both business goals and technical feasibility. Partner with engineering, UX, data, operations, and third-party sellers to enable seamless marketplace development and launch. Lead all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives. Work closely with the Mirakl platform team to ensure efficient implementation and timely release milestones. Manage stakeholder communication with clarity, proactively identify risks, and drive improvements across marketplace operations. Ensure the marketplace platform delivers a seamless experience for both sellers and end customers. What You Will Need 68 years of experience in product management or product ownership, ideally in a retail or e-commerce environment. At least 2 years of hands-on experience implementing Mirakl marketplace solutions. Strong understanding of marketplace operations: seller onboarding, product cataloging, pricing, and logistics workflows. Proven Agile experience using tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications Experience delivering enterprise-scale marketplace products in a retail or consumer-facing environment. Familiarity with backend systems, APIs, and third-party integrations.
