Our client, a leading player in the healthcare technology sector, is seeking a DevOps L3 Engineer - Application Support to join their team. As a DevOps L3 Engineer, you will be part of the IT department supporting critical cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive problem-solving attitude, and the ability to work autonomously, which will align successfully with the organization.

Location: Dallas, TX (Preference for local candidates)
What's the Job?
Provide Level 3 (L3) support for production systems, including participating in 24/7 on-call rotations and late-hour deployments. Monitor and manage application performance using Dynatrace and other observability tools. Build, troubleshoot, and maintain CI/CD pipelines utilizing Jenkins, GitHub, and Ansible. Administer and troubleshoot Linux systems in the cloud environment. Collaborate with L1/L2 teams, including mentorship and knowledge sharing. What's Needed?
4+ years' experience with Kubernetes in production environments. 4+ years' expertise with Azure Cloud infrastructure/services. 3+ years' hands-on experience with Ansible for automation and configuration management. 2+ years' experience with Jenkins for CI/CD processes.
