Leidos . This position is located in San Diego, CA. You must have an active TS/SCI Polygraph clearance upfront. The Senior Windows Administrator / Test Lab Manager will join a high-performing agile team using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology to support a highly complex and fast-paced program. Responsibilities include performing daily system administration and O&M support activities in a complex network environment with geographically distributed systems, supporting system engineering requests, deploying, and maintaining new capabilities. The role involves monitoring test and development infrastructure systems, applications, and processes, ensuring timely issue resolution. The environment includes Microsoft-based servers, databases, workstations, VMware, Linux server instances, and extensive LAN/WAN network infrastructure. Additional duties include maintaining a complex server-based enclave, vulnerability management, active directory configuration, hardware/software issue resolution, inter-departmental technical assistance, documentation maintenance, communication of system outages, managing information assurance vulnerability alerts (IAVAs), system security scanning, remediation, IT enhancements, project work, test lab and inventory management, and providing timely professional support. Candidates must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience, 8+ years relevant experience, familiarity with Windows/Linux OS, VMware, VSphere, VCenter, ability to respond off duty on-call, and travel up to 25% per year. Preferred qualifications include experience with security accreditation, network security technologies, HAIPE devices, enterprise network equipment, and software configuration management support.
