Senior Manager, Product Manager, GenAI Platform Services

The Gen AI PM team provides the platform, tools, and infrastructure that empower Capital One developers to rapidly bring state of the art Gen AI experiences to market and deliver next-generation customer experiences. As a Sr. Manager, Product Manager on the Gen AI Platform product team, you will be the voice of the customer, identifying opportunities for reuse, standardization, and innovation. You'll collaborate with a cross-functional team to define requirements and deliver high value solutions to the enterprise. The ideal candidate for this role is passionate about technology and deeply empathizes with customer needs. - Leads cross functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment Basic Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration Preferred Qualifications: Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products Capital One will consider sponsoring a new qualified applicant for employment authorization for this position. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Cambridge, MA: $193,000 - $220,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management Chicago, IL: $175,500 - $200,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management McLean, VA: $193,000 - $220,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management New York, NY: $210,500 - $240,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management Richmond, VA: $175,500 - $200,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management San Francisco, CA: $210,500 - $240,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non-discretionary depending on the plan.
