Sr. Solutions Architect
to join our
Enterprise Technology Systems (ETS) Architecture & Development
team. As a Solutions Architect, you will lead and mentor a team of IT developers and other architects leveraging enterprise systems and integration technologies. Your primary responsibilities include collaborating with management to evaluate business needs, defining technical requirements, and ensuring successful implementation of technology solutions. Expertise in platform categories such as HRIS (e.g., Workday), ERP (e.g., Oracle, CMIC), and CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Cosential) is required. You will also design, build, and support integrations between enterprise systems using tools like Boomi or custom development, execute proof of concept work, lead complex implementations, and manage the software development lifecycle. Strong communication skills, deep understanding of enterprise systems, and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions are essential for success. Responsibilities : Partner with business stakeholders to clarify, refine, and guide business initiatives impacting enterprise platforms, including evaluating tradeoffs. Define, evaluate, and communicate technical approaches and associated risks for desired business outcomes. Create and implement technical solutions involving HRIS, ERP, CRM, and integration technologies. Develop and maintain process and architectural diagrams and technical documentation. Perform proof of concept work to validate new technologies. Oversee technical aspects of complex implementations to ensure seamless integration and performance. Ensure solutions are scalable and secure. Organize training sessions to enhance team expertise. Set coding standards and conduct code reviews. Guide and support IT developers working with platforms like Workday, CMIC, Cosential, and integration tools. Provide technical advice and mentorship, fostering collaboration. Lead team meetings and ensure adherence to best practices. Work with management to assess needs and define technical requirements. Present solutions and project updates to stakeholders and senior management. Manage stakeholder feedback and address project risks. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field 10+ years in IT, with at least 3 years as a Solutions Architect 7+ years experience with ERP systems like Oracle or MS Dynamics 5+ years experience with relational databases 3+ years hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, including implementation and integration Proven leadership and mentoring experience for at least 5 years 3+ years experience with integration platforms such as Jitterbit, Boomi, or Workato Experience with Azure cloud platform and Azure Functions Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies Experience building containerized solutions Strong technical documentation skills Knowledge of data security and compliance standards Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills Desired Qualifications : Understanding of finance processes within ERP systems Relevant certifications (e.g., Workday, Oracle, Microsoft) Data governance experience Experience in the construction industry or similar Work Conditions: Sitting/standing for long periods at a computer Lifting up to 15 pounds Occasional travel for meetings This is a hybrid role, primarily remote, with attendance required at DPR offices for key meetings.
