The primary focus will be to assist the Sr. Project Manager and Project Manager on critical elements such as schedule, financials, quality, safety, and diversity, coordinating with the project team with the overall responsibility to support the Project goals. Responsible for the project team members such as Project Engineers, Assistant Project Engineers, and overall performance under their leadership throughout the project duration. Get Work
Support the Client Executive, Sr. Project Manager, and Project Manager in project pursuits. Support RFP responses and interviews as requested. Generate Client & A/E relationships. The Assistant Project Manager supports the financial responsibility and operational success of the project. In conjunction with the project team, this position guides, expedites, and administers the work to organize and maintain the budget, safety, and diversity standards while meeting the project schedule and quality requirements. Maintain client and A/E relationships throughout the project cycle and beyond. Understand that the Sr. Project Manager / Project Manager and Sr. Superintendent / Superintendent work as an integrated team to collectively manage the schedule. The Superintendent takes the lead on schedule, quality, safety, and logistics, while the Senior Project Manager / Project Manager focus on financials, technical resolution, and diversity, with a common emphasis on safety. Assist in resolving project issues and work with Sr. Project Manager, Project Manager, and/or Client Executive on major project issues. Assist in developing, maintaining, and supporting the Operations Report. Coordinate, interact, and/or direct field labor, subcontractors, vendors, clients, and architects. Support the project team through scope review meetings. Understand and enforce each trade subcontractor's agreement, implementing boilerplate language. Monitor material management and deliveries per schedule and compliance with submittals. Manage the process for MEP coordination drawings. Verify subcontractor as-built drawings and documents monthly. Document manpower production rates by trade and address issues affecting schedule. Assist with cost management, including AIA monthly requisitions, allowances, contingencies, options, cost reports, cost projections, and labor cost coding. Coordinate weekly foremen meetings and assist in subcontractor meetings, including preparing and distributing minutes. Obtain and record safety compliance documents from subcontractors and assist the Site Safety Manager with coordination and compliance. Possess knowledge of construction/engineering activities, terms, and concepts. Ability to read specifications and documents to determine construction requirements or plan procedures using proper building techniques. Review and assist in developing all subcontractor scope outlines and support project team through scope review meetings. Verify existing project conditions and incorporate into schedule, logistics, and scope. Understand and enforce each trade subcontractor's agreement, implementing boilerplate language. Monitor material management and deliveries per schedule and compliance with submittals. Assist in developing and executing the Quality Management Program. Assist in developing and executing the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Program. Build People

Sr. Project Manager, Project Manager, and/or Client Executive. Work collectively with Preconstruction Managers, Director of Estimating, and Director of Purchasing during preconstruction. Collaborate with Sr. Project Manager, Project Manager, Client Executive, Sr. Vice President of Operations, Sr. Vice President of Construction, and the project team to achieve company goals.
