This position is located at our on-site Tech Hub in Charlotte, North Carolina, within an ultramodern work environment featuring cutting-edge technology, collaborative spaces, an on-site barista, a Zen Garden, and additional perks to enhance your work life. Key Responsibilities: Transform complex business requirements and functional specifications into actionable stories, design, and code modules; collaborate with product teams to identify business needs. Write high-quality, maintainable, and robust code, ensuring adequate testing and observability frameworks. Guide and mentor software development teams in crafting complex solutions while ensuring alignment with architecture standards and strategies. Engage in mentoring other engineers in software development technologies and processes, producing onboarding documents, conducting root cause analyses, and facilitating knowledge sharing sessions. Automate and streamline team development, testing, and operational processes to enhance delivery efficiency. Evaluate modern tools and technologies, offering objective analyses and recommendations to the team. Minimum Qualifications: 5 years of experience in software development or a related field. 4 years of experience in frontend technologies, middleware, database technologies, or DevOps. 4 years of applying development life cycles (SDLC) through agile development on relevant projects. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Preferred Skills/Experience: 4 years of experience in technical documentation, implementing business systems, and using source code control systems. 4 years working within an ITIL framework, including experience with defect tracking, web services, and middleware integration. 4 years in systems analysis, including defining technical requirements and performing high-level designs for complex solutions. 4 years of experience with multiple aspects of software development such as CI/CD tools, frontend technologies, middleware, database technologies, or DevOps. Master's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
