SAP MDG Architect
to join our team and lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions for enterprise clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing system architecture, data governance strategies, and integration with SAP and non-SAP systems. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions while ensuring compliance with industry best practices. Responsibilities- Lead the design and architecture of SAP MDG solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry standards. Define data models, workflows, validation rules, and integration strategies for effective master data management. Provide technical guidance to teams, setting strategies and best practices for SAP MDG implementation. Collaborate globally with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable SAP MDG solutions. Oversee system configurations and customization to meet business needs and maintain architectural integrity. Manage integration with SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring seamless data flow. Develop and oversee testing and quality assurance processes for successful deployments. Facilitate change management to drive adoption and minimize resistance. Troubleshoot and resolve techno-functional issues throughout the development lifecycle and post-sales support. Provide training and documentation, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and compliance. Demonstrate strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach. Requirements: Bachelors Degree with Minimum 7-10 years of experience in SAP MDG implementation and architecture. Deep expertise in SAP MDG modules such as Material, Customer, Vendor, or Financials and hands-on experience on custom Data Model. Strong understanding of data modelling concepts and data governance principles Deep expertise in SAP MDG modules such as Material, Customer, Vendor, or Financials Proficiency in SAP integration techniques like IDOC, SOA, RFC, APIs and DRF. Strong functional understanding of master data, integration aspects and ECC modules (MM, SD, PM and Finance). UI modelling, (Design and Creation of UI, Value restriction, Define navigation elements, CBA) Deep knowledge on Duplicate checks, HANA DB, CDS Views, Fiori Apps Should be experienced in designing/configuration Rule-based Workflow (BRF Plus) and related Business roles to setup the governance process. Data Transfer (Export Process, Import Master Data Process and Convert Master Data) Deep understanding of SAP ECC, S/4 and SAP MDG capabilities Expert level at handling BOL, and Genil Programming skills Strong experience in End-to-End functionalities of MDG Tools Knowledge and expose to Data Migrations and the ETL process Expertise in MDG Consolidation and Mass processing configurations Strong hand-on experience in designing and handing landscape , transport and system set up activities. Good understanding of Data Quality Management (DQM) and implementation strategies Ability to analyze the complex requirements and provide Fit-to-Standard solution. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with business stakeholders and technical teams.
