Job Description:
We have a requirement for a Strong Cloud DBA with 5+ years' experience working as a Spanner/MongoDB/Postgres/MySQL/Cassandra Database Administrator, including experience at the design, operational, and system levels.
Required Skills -
- Experience with database administration including Performance tuning.
- Design and implementation of Disaster Recovery to meet defined business objectives.
- Implementation and support of high availability features including Clustering and Replication
- Experience tuning complex database systems for production systems at the application, database, and system levels.
Job Duties -
- Candidate will work as Spanner/MongoDB/Postgres/MySQL/Cassandra Database Administrator, including experience at the design, operational, and system levels.
- Familiarity with tools like Terraform, Kubernetes, and Jenkins for managing cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with database backup and recovery processes.
- Skills in monitoring database performance and implementing optimization strategies.
Job Requirements -
- Candidate needs to be located near Dallas, TX or Scottsdale, AZ.
- Expertise in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is crucial.
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Oracle).
- Strong knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Shell, or PowerShell for automation tasks.
