Overview
• Responds to employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring to complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate HR personnel.
• Communicates HR policies and procedures to employees and provides guidance when necessary.
• Administers and follows up on disciplinary actions related to attendance and point systems.
• Collaborates with HR management to streamline workflows, standardize processes, and implement best practices.
• Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and optional training, continuing education, and work assessments (e.g., safety training, anti-harassment, professional licensure, aptitude exams, and certifications).
• Supports core HR functions, including compensation, benefits, leave administration, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, investigations, performance management, employee engagement, and recognition programs.
• Assists in conducting timely and constructive performance evaluations.
• Participates in disciplinary meetings, termination discussions, and workplace investigations.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; regularly reviews and updates policies to reflect legal requirements and best practices.
• Stays current on HR trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in talent management and employment law.
• Performs additional HR-related duties as assigned.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Experience managing HR functions for a workforce of 500+ employees. Proven HR generalist experience, with a focus on employee relations. Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and work collaboratively with teams at all levels.
