Seamless Migration is seeking a career and customer-oriented ServiceNow Developer, to join our team at Andrews Air Force Base, MD CLEARANCE Active Secret security clearance (required) LOCATION Andrews Air Force Base, MD (50% Hybrid) Overview Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications and modules, with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) Perform ServiceNow on-premises upgrades, ensuring minimal downtime and system stability Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions using ServiceNow best practices Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing ServiceNow workflows and integrations Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and upgrade procedures Ensure security, compliance, and data integrity within the ServiceNow platform Qualifications Active Secret security clearance (required) ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification 2+ years of experience developing and supporting ServiceNow, including ITSM modules Experience performing ServiceNow (or relevant application) on-premises upgrades in a Linux environment.
