The Treasurer will oversee the firms day-to-day treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting, bank account management, and financial planning to support real estate acquisitions, development, and operations. The ideal candidate has a strong accounting background and is experienced in real estate or private equity fund structures. The Treasurer will report to the Chief Accounting Officer and will be based in the Dallas, headquarters office.
Position Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and manage daily cash flow forecasts across several entities and bank accounts.
• Lead the setup of new bank accounts for corporate entities and investment funds.
• Maintain organized banking structures and ensure all accounts remain compliant.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and development of treasury policies.
• Recommend investment options to CAO, CEO, CFO, on cash balance to ensure company is maximizing returns.
  

Skills & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA
• Ability to use a variety of accounting software
• Proficient in Excel
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
