Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineerwith strong experience in mechanical design and product development. The ideal candidate is passionate about innovation, thrives in startup environments, and has experience launching real, physical products into production.

Key Responsibilities

  Design and engineer precise, scalable, and manufacturable mechanical systems

  Apply expertise inthermal, structural, and fluid dynamics to optimize performance

  Utilize SolidWorks(or equivalent CAD tools) for mechanical design and refinement

  n

• n

  ConductFEA and mechanical simulationsto validate and improve designs

  n

• n

  Leadprototyping, testing, and validationefforts to ensure durability and safety

  n

• n

  Collaborate withindustrial designers, architects, and manufacturing experts

  n
n
• n

  Explore and implementcutting-edge materials and production methods

  Create and maintaindetailed engineering documentation

  Troubleshoot and providetechnical supportfor mechanical issues

Required Qualifications

n

• n

  5+ years of experience in mechanical design and engineering

  n
n
• n

  Proven track record of launching physical products into production

  n
n
• n

  Strong proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, CATIA, or equivalent)

  n

• n

  Experience with FEA analysis and mechanical simulation

  n
n
• n

  Deep understanding ofengineering fundamentalsin thermal, structural, and fluid dynamics

  n
n
• n

  Background inhigh-performance product development(e.g., aerospace, automotive, consumer electronics)

  n
n
• n

  Knowledge ofscalable manufacturing processes(machining, casting, injection molding, precision fabrication)

  n
n
• n

  Experience working instartup environments and on large-scale projects

  n

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
