Title: Data and PMO Project Manager Location: Torrance, CA (Hybrid of 4 days per week ONSITE and 1 day per week REMOTE) Contract Duration: 12 months with possibility of an extension Rate: $69.18 per hour on W2 (Cannot do C2C/1099) Required Skills: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet business expectations. Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality reviews; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately. Must create and present business case and deliverables to executives: Clear presentation, communication skills and ability to communicate and negotiate with stakeholders. Must have experienced with data analysis, data pipeline development, and report visualization . Must manage and understand the scope and requirement. Must manage project plans and project milestones. Must manage the budget, cost plan, and variance . Ability to manage complex projects. Lead the PMO team to document the department policies, set the project management standards, and best practices. Should able to perform both Data Analytics and PMO management. Willing to collaborate with project managers to manage project methodologies. Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is preferred. Seniority level
