IT Director Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced
SAP P2P Business Analyst
to support our
client’s S/4HANA Public Cloud transformation.
This is an exceptional opportunity to play a key role in a greenfield SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation — moving our client from a furniture industry-specific legacy ERP to a modern, scalable cloud platform. This high-impact project, kicking off this week, is expected to run for 14 months, giving you the chance to be part of a full end-to-end lifecycle of an S/4HANA Public Cloud deployment from the ground up. You’ll work closely with procurement, supply chain, and finance stakeholders, as well as cross-functional SAP teams across North America and Europe, shaping and optimizing core Procure-to-Pay processes to drive operational efficiency, cost savings, and measurable business value. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the key liaison between
procurement, finance/AP teams , and SAP functional/technical groups. Lead or participate in
Fit-to-Standard workshops , requirements gathering, and solution design for the Procure-to-Pay process. Analyze business needs and translate them into
functional specifications
and system configurations. Collaborate across global teams (especially in
Europe and North America ) to ensure consistency and clarity in design and process decisions. Support data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), documentation, and end-user training. Monitor and support post-go-live activities and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as an
SAP P2P or MM Business Analyst . At least one full-cycle implementation of
SAP S/4HANA (Public or Private Cloud) . Strong process knowledge of
Procure-to-Pay lifecycle , including
purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipt, invoice verification, and vendor payments . Excellent
communication and stakeholder management skills , especially with teams in
Europe and the US . Ability to translate business processes into SAP configuration and functional documentation. Nice to Have Skills: Experience with
SAP Activate methodology . SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud Knowledge of
Ariba or Central Procurement Understanding of
integration with FICO, WM, SD
or third-party procurement platforms. Seniority level
